Summer Staff

The position at a glance:

- Supervise and ensure the well-being and safety of assigned campers at all times.

- Lead daily devotions, Bible studies, and discussions that encourage campers to grow in their faith.

- Facilitate and participate in games, recreational activities, and camp programs.

- Serve as a positive Christian role model through words, actions, and attitudes.

- Build meaningful relationships with campers and fellow staff, fostering a sense of community.

- Assist with meal times, cleanup, and other camp duties as needed.

- Support the overall mission of the camp by living out servant leadership and teamwork.



Requirements:

- A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a desire to share His love with others.

- Ability to lead, mentor, and encourage children and youth in a camp setting.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Willingness to work long hours in an outdoor, high-energy environment.

- Previous experience working with children or youth (preferred but not required).

- Must be flexible, teachable, and committed to the camp’s mission and values.
