The weekend features good food, trap shooting, rifle range, archery range, a variety of interesting workshops, a challenging speaker, and a few shared stories you won’t forget. Great for the whole family.

Main Speaker: David Brower
Dave Brower grew up in Wyoming, Michigan where he inherited his love for the outdoors from his grandfather. Though he lived in the suburbs of Grand Rapids, he honed his fishing and hunting skills in a wild area filled with gravel pits and marshes within walking distance of his home.
Dave stays involved in the outdoors year around with Spring beaver trapping and turkey hunting, Summer fishing, Fall & Winter trapping, pheasant and deer hunting.
Dave is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a degree in education. He spent two years in the Army where he answered God's call to ministry. He graduated from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in 1976 and served three churches in Michigan. Dave now serves as Pastor of First Reformed Church in Sheldon, IA.

What to Bring
- Bedding, towels, personal items.
- Guns, ammo, bows, arrows, and other equipment you think you might need. The camp will have extra shells (12, 20 gauge and .22) for sale on site.
- Pictures of your last hunt to share with your friends.
- Favorite hunting Videos and DVD’s
- Your unneeded equipment for the buy/sell/trade
- Your Family and Friends
- Money for range fees: Trap - $5 per round of 25 10 & under free Archery - $10 per person all weekend 22 Range: $5 per person all weekend

The Shooting Ranges were available at camp Friday night and Saturday:
Workshop sessions encouraged whitetail management, duck and goose tactics, dutch oven cooking, meat care, taxidermy and DNR regulations.
As well as fly rod making, walleye and bass fishing, and turkey hunting and more.
